At Seasoned Hands, our philosophy is to find a better way to provide well trained professional Support Worker to Care providers. Our is made of highly experiences hands in the health sector, hence understand the implication of incompetent staffing on the quality of care people receive. To this end, we designed a compulsory 5 days’ induction course for all our support worker to cover core principles of care, moving and handling, mental health awareness, working with people with challenging behaviour, Dementia care and Autism spectrum before they are put on shift.
